DOG mora em Manhattan e está cansado de ficar sozinho. Um dia, ele decide comprar um robô para ser seu companheiro. A amizade deles floresce, até que se tornem inseparáveis. Mas, em uma noite de verão, DOG, com muita tristeza, é obrigado a abandonar ROBÔ na praia.
