Quando um rádio cai do céu, um cão da raça mastim tibetano (Luke Wilson) tem uma epifania e decide seguir seu sonho de ser um músico de sucesso. Mas, ao sair de sua casa e ir para cidade, enfrenta vários percalços no caminho para fama.
