Quinto filme da franquia ainda tem Johnny Depp no papel principal
Após os acontecimentos do último filme, o Capitão Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) tem uma nova missão pela frente: achar o tridente de Poseidon.
O compositor Geoff Zanelli trabalhou recentemente em Gênios do Crime (2016), Estranho Como o Amor (2015) e Mortdecai - A Arte da Trapaça (2015).
