Grace Kelly (Nicole Kidman) e o príncipe Rainier III (Tim Roth) estavam vivendo uma crise no casamento em meio a problemas políticos envolvendo o Principado de Mônaco e a França. Insatisfeita com os problemas, Kelly deseja retornar ao cinema através de Alfred Hitchcock (Roger Ashton-Griffiths), mas Rainier é completamente contra. Eles terão que encontrar soluções para esses problemas.
